      The author's struggle with short-term memory loss (because of a brain injury), his ability to supersede the problem, and his anecdotes on family will be inspiring to his fans. Ziglar's iconic status as a sales trainer and motivational speaker also will be a draw to this title. However, his decision to narrate may not be--as his overly emphatic delivery becomes wearying after a few chapters. For those who have struggled with a similar medical ailment, this title will be hopeful and perhaps signify the personal achievements one can reach.
